LAURA WHITMORE – SIGNATURE LOOK

Since winning ‘Pick Me MTV‘ in April 2008, Laura Whitmore has become a household name & a star in her own right. Her laid-back Irish charm has carried her through many high profile interviews such as Justin Timberlake & Mila Kunis to name a few!

This Summer Laura did an amazing shoot with FHM after being nominated sexiest woman on tv & we definitely agree that she deserved this nomination.

Laura tends to go for a very classic look drawing on inspiration from the likes of Marilyn Monroe & Audrey Hepburn. Her look is simple yet sexy.

The main focus for this look is a heavy black winged liner. Using an angled brush, apply MAC‘s fluidline in Blacktrack along the upper lashline. Use short, thin strokes to ensure you get an even line & gradually build this line up to make it thicker & heavier. When you get to the outer corner of your eye simply create a flick up going along with the natural line of your lower lid.

What really makes this look stand out is the strong lip. You should use a lip liner whenever you wear a daring lip colour to create a clean line & to help your lipstick stay on longer. Depending on your colouring go for a red, coral or bright pink & your look is complete!

KATE MOSS AS DAVID BOWIE

FOR VOGUE PARIS

It is a truth universally acknowledged that Kate Moss is Vogue’s favorite cover girl. The supermodel has covered the magazine, including its international editions, over thirty times with some quite notable moments along the way.

Vogue editors never fall short when it comes to creating a unique & interesting cover & the January issue of Vogue Paris is no different with Miss Moss covering the Christmas/Music issue.

She’s been transformed convincingly into David Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust–from the hair to the outfit to her anchor tattoo (Bowie once sported a fake anchor tat on his cheek), to the pose.

And it’s not the first time we’ve seen Moss as Bowie. The 37-year-old supermodel also channeled the musical legend for the cover of British Vogue in May 2003 when she had a lightening flash superimposed over her face and dressed up in a selection of his iconic stage costumes.

Kind of makes you wonder…..have you ever seen Kate Moss & David Bowie in the same place at the same time!?

I think it’s safe to say that dressed in a bikini or a mullet, Kate Moss is still top of the class when it comes to supermodels!
