Another night in Cannes and of course that means another star studded glamorous party! The glamorati were out in force last night for the most glittering party of the week as the style hit fever pitch at the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Benefit at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc.
Jennifer Lopez stole the show in a fairytale Roberto Cavalli Couture while Noami Campbell chose a grey strapless L’Wran Scott gown. Michelle Williams kept it fun and went short in a mini Sonia Rykiel dress.

Diane Kruger and Kirsten Dunst both looked effortlessly chic in Chanel, Diane was the image of sophistication in monochrome.

Surrounded by neutrals and blacks, Emily Blunt provided a much needed pop of colour in this sizzling Georges Chakra scarlet gown, while model Dree Henmingway mixed it up and looked amazing in this sporty nude and neon dress by Valentino couture and Michelle Rodriguez took a much payed off fashion risk in this draped fuschia gown. Shes unrecognisable!

Always one to add edge to any look, Mischa Barton opted for smokey eyes with this angelic Marchesa gown with heavey smokey eyes, a softer, fresh face would have been far prettier and appropriate, while Marian Catillard was buried beneth layers of blabk fabric with this voluminous gown.

Marchesa designer and yummy mummy to be, Georgina Chapman looked absolutely stunning in a grecian inspired white strapless dress, of course from her own collection.

Our best dressed winner has to be the gorgeous Kate Beckinsale, wowing us all week on the red carpet, she dazzled in an Armani Prive gown teamed with blush pink Sergio Rossi heels, check out her impressive flawless updo. Best dressed of the night and a picture of perfection!

A party would not be complete until Karl Lagerfeld has arrived. Could he be any cooler, taking the monochrome trend to the next level and as for Baptiste Giabicanil, one word..beautiful!
We can’t wait to see what the weekend has in store!

Love Rachael x
