Kim Kardashian’s Wedding Look

Drawing in a combined 10.5 million viewers over two nights, Kim Kardashian’s wedding special was the most watched event on E! ever.

Shocking? Not really. Given her status as Hollywood Royalty this wedding was seen with as much importance in the US as the Royal wedding was seen here in Ireland & the UK.

Kim Kardashian has been a beauty icon for a number of years now. Her sultry, smokey eye and glossy loose curls have been imitated (or attempted) on many a Friday night by girls around the world.

Not only did she have her wedding dress personally designed by renowned bridal designer Vera Wang but she also had a second Vera Wang creation for her reception. One can only dream!

The theme of her wedding was black, white & sparkle. Similarly again to the British Royal Wedding, Kim’s bridesmaids wore white, strapless dresses just like their sister. When you look this good you don’t need to be the only one in white!

Kim’s look was a very fresh, classic bridal look. She wore neutral shades on her eyes with thick lashes & liquid liner. He cheeks were lightly flushed with pink & a soft pink lip finished the look beautifully.

The LA Team were hooked on this wedding special; the hair, the make-up, the dresses…it really was the event of the season.

Who wore it best? Kim Kardashian v. Holly Madison

Kim Kardashian is becoming a regular on our “Who Wore it Best?” feature. As we all know, she is a huge fan of Herve Leger and loves to wear the designer’s bandage dresses particularly to red carpet events and parties. So her hen party in Tao in Las Vegas was no exception as she chose a tiered peplum skirt bandage dresses from Herve Leger Spring/Summer 2011.

The dress compliments Kim’s curves and she teamed the dress with nude peep toes and flowing tresses.

Herve Leger is immensely popular amongst the A-Listers and therefore it comes as no surprise, that the dress was spotted on Holly Madison as she attended the North American Hair Styling Awards in Las Vegas.

The former playmate was the copy cat in this instance wearing the dress after Kim and also teaming it with nude heels. The perferated leather dress also hugged Holly’s curves as she picked up the “Beautiful Humanitarian Award” at the awards show.

Who wore it best?- Eva v. Kim

Poor Kim Kardashian is on the “who wore it best” feature yet again. She should check with the designers what other celebrities have worn a particular dress before she decides to walk the red carpet in it! So here it it.; our question to you who wore it best? Kim Kardashian or Eva Longoria??

This stunning floor length navy dress is from French designer Emanuel Ungaro and it really accentuates the amazing figures that both these beautiful women have.

Eva Longoria chose to wear this dress to the Golden Globes in 2008 and it really adds a few curves to her normally petite body. The turquoise embroidered straps sat perfectly on her tiny shoulders and complimented her skin tone perfectly. The Desperate Housewives actress wore her hair up to show off her stunning drop earrings, and carried a silver clutch.

Kim wore the dress the same year to the Monte-Carlo Television Festival but rather chose to style her hair in girls pulled to one side over her shoulder. Miss Kardashian looks every inch the mermaid in this dress as she walked the red carpet.

Kim even used Eva’s over the shoulder pose!

There is nothing worse than when you turn up to a party or event only to discover that someone is wearing the same dress as you. Even worse when it looks better on her than it does on you! Jennifer Hudson and Kim Kardashian were both spotted wearing this Herve Leger dress.

A noticeably thinner Jennifer was papped on the red carpet showing off her svelte new figure earlier this year whereas Kim was seen at Chateau nightclub in Las Vegas sporting her newly shorter hair this June.
