Its hard to believe it is the middle of July already and how I have such little time to get ready for my sunny holidays….

My plan is to do most of prep on holiday with the added benefit of using the natural world around me whilst slowly turning golden like I’m on a skewer!!

What can I use at the beach you ask?
Salt!

Too much salt on your chips might be a no-no, but when it comes to slapping it on your skin, pile it on!!!! Sea salt gets rid of dead cells and puts minerals and nutrients back, leaving skin radiant and soft!!!! For your own DIY wonder… Mix sea salt, olive oil and a dash of peppermint oil!
I know for sure I’ll be rubbing sand on my skin and then rinsing it off in the gushing waves of the sea… After all if it is good enough for models on photo shoots……

Seaweed!

Although I can’t picture myself all to attractive rising from the waves with the image of Demi Moore  in my minds eyes…. Wrapped in green nobly slime sticking to my leg!
Although seaweed is known to be quite the legend!  Romans used to use this super strength anti-inflammatory and antioxidants to treat rashes, the Victorians slapped it on sprained ankles and 40years , US scientist Max Huber used it to make a healing balm!!

So if used together can you only imagine the effect on our skin!! RADIANT!!!
