5 Best things in life for Sarah Jane are:

1: Food. Good food makes me so happy! I love to cook and to eat out. When I travel I enjoy discovering local cuisine. I definitely live to eat!

2: Music. Music is embedded into every aspect of our lives. We all have songs that have become special to us and so they almost become part of a soundtrack to our lives. When I'm doing bridal make-up I can never resist  to ask what the bride and grooms first song will be. It can vary so much it's always interesting.

3: The Countryside: I always believe it's important to take time to rest and gather your thoughts. I love the West of Ireland. Kerry and Sligo are two of my favourite places to relax, eat fresh seafood and enjoy good company!

4: Self Expression: I certainly think that self expression is one of the best things in life. I think that in the Western world we take for granted what women and men in other cultures long for. When nurtured and celebrated self expression can create works of art.

5: Travel: Experiencing as much of the world as possible is something I really wish to do in my life. The great part of travelling though is coming home to family and friends to tell then about your adventures.
