Amber has been a professional Makeup Artist for 22 years, receiving an Academy Award nomination in 2001 for Best Makeup for the film ‘Shadow of the Vampire’ at the age of 33.

Her career has covered everything from Phantom of the Opera, and Prosthetics for film (inc. Frankenstein, Event Horizon, Xmen- First Class) to front covers of magazines.

She has worked as Head of the Make-Up Department on many Hollywood Blockbuster movies including Blade II and Fred Claus, and has worked on many famous faces including Diane Kruger, Annie Lennox and Sophie Dahl.

Amber’s creativity and versatility have helped her succeed in many different areas of make-up including fashion, bridal, film, television and prosthetics, and she has also worked on numerous magazine and high fashion shoots.

Her love of colour and holistic approach has always been her guide, through fashion, commercials, bodypainting and beauty. Her ability to support an actor on many levels has resulted in gratitude for ‘getting them through’ difficult schedules, and her sensitivity to energy has enabled her to read their needs and that of her team when responsible for a department.

This reading of energy has led her to use makeup clairvoyantly as a healing modality over the last ten years.

She is a firm believer in the importance of making her clients feel and look their best, and her ability to deliver on this has made her a hugely popular artist.
